What I liked

Nothing at all !

What could be improved

Staff were awful.....

Staff were off hand......

The staff nurses I came into contact with were just totally rude and had no respect for others......

I am going to take this matter further, and I would never go to blackburn royal hospital again!

Anything else?

Burnley, manchester, preston hospitals are much better run and treat people very well.

I have just read on the internet all the bad comments regarding blackburn royal hospital.

I totally understand blackburn royay are under staffed but the two nurses I met today require people skills....

We are sorry that the service for General Surgery did not meet your expectations with the level of service and poor communications by staff. If you would like to contact the Patient Advice and Liaison Service they will be able to act on your behalf and pass on the concerns raised to the General Surgery Manager to investigate.
