What could be improved

Having vivited a patient on millenimum ward L was appalled to discover that there was no medical staff around to ask about her care for a very long time.When we did need assistance we had to walk the corridor to find a nurse who wasn't even working on the ward we were on,to ask for help

We find this disgraceful as the patients on this ward are very sick and should in our opinion have better care from the nursing feam who actually arrive when they are 'buzzed' by patient or family

Anything else?

Car parking facilities are appalling
