What I liked

Having attended A and E on Friday night and been admitted to AAU until Saturday morning, i had to write and say how amazing the staff were in my experience. Yes, there were a few hours of waiting in A and E after the initial consultation and tests, but my abiding memory is of the kindness and quality of care from the nurses, doctors, receptionists and porters that i encountered at Kingston Hospital. In spite of their long shifts and the huge numbers of patients passing through, they never seemed to lose their humanity and sense of humour.

What could be improved

Something to eat and drink during the 5 hour wait in A and E! Even a glass of water or cup of tea would have been nice.
