What I liked
I was seen to quickly and my concerns were listened to by the first staff member I seen.
What could be improved
Manners of the doctors. Was told one thing by one doctor and reassured. Seen another to double check diagnosis and he made me cry with his rude attitude. Telling me the previous doctor had given me incorrect medication, I was a hypochondriac, that my symptoms didn't exist and were all in my head and then began being very abrupt as to why I hadn't visited a gp instead. (I was told to visit!) very very rude man. I was clearly upset and he said to go home. Left very shaken and had to walk through a busy reception with no idea what was wrong, what I'd been given and crying.
"Left confused!"
