What I liked

Extraordinary care at I time I was scared and vulnerable. Was in trauma unit for 3 weeks and would not fault any aspect of my care. Nurses, dr, physio, health services, porters, technicians were absolutely fantastic. They went above and beyond the call of duty

What could be improved

Sometimes difficult to get exact details of injuries, but you just have to ask

Thank you for your positive comments regarding your care at the John Radcliffe. We realise that coming to hospital can be a daunting experience.

You highlight what was important to you during a time when you felt scared and vulnerable and that was extraordinary care from nurses, doctors, physiotherapists, porters, technicians and other staff.

You also felt that all those staff involved in your care went above and beyond the call of duty.

We have worked hard, and will continue to focus on improving the patient experience - all feedback is valued because it helps us address areas that may need attention and provides a showcase of areas where we do well.

We hope you are progressing well and once again, thank you for taking the time to post your comments.
