What I liked

I was admitted to have a pacemaker inserted, this was done so with much care and compassion. The nurses and the doctor were so caring and professional, in Theatre i was very scared and the nurses and the doctor put my mind at ease. Asking me if i was in any pain regularly and if so i was given pain relief when necessary. My after care was great and my follow up appointments have been fine.

I have been attending this hospital for some years now and have always been treated to a good standard. Never had any need to complain and always found my appointements were on time and not cancelled.

What could be improved

Maybe the patience attitude towards the staff.
