when it was time to go home after waiting 2 and a half hours yet again to be seen in ENT

What could be improved

ive been 3 times to ENT and 3 times was kept waiting 2 hr and 2 hrs then my last app was kept waiting 2 n half hrs before being seen i was the very last person to be called in from a room full of ppl, ive been the last to be called in the 3 times ive had to go there !

yes ive been past from pillow to post ive had 21 yr history of sinus infections, last docotor told me he was meant to go home an hr be fore hand while seeing me finally ? he couldt help or do anything for me saying it was yet again up to head surgeon whom had just that minute left to go home And yet my app was for me to be seen by him to talk about surgery options ? i was discusted ended up leaving with yet another prescription for antibiotics which id like to live without but cant ? my issues are not addressed what so ever they dont seem to know what there right arms doing to there left ? when staff did finally come to get me to take me in to be seen by the doctor she asked me to take an allergy test so i said what gain onloy done 1 about 6 wks be fore hand ?? she then decides to go and read check my files ??? then gets me to fill in a form asking about nose issues ers and alike , this was given to me 4 mins before i was called in and had been waiting 2 n half hourse why wasent this form given to me to fill in on arrival ???? Daft
