"Unwelcome, palmed off, staff couldn't be bothered."

About: Shotley Bridge Hospital Site

Anything else?

I felt very unwelcome at the hospital, and felt like the staff that treated me couldn't be bothered and palmed me off. The staff didn't listen to my symptoms fully, and I honestly feel they chose what they wanted to hear in order that their working day was a little easier.
