What I liked

i thanked the ambulance crew for their kndness,but i would like to give a massive thankyou to the doctor that treated me yesterday.she was very kind and compassionate she cared about my health and condition.i was worried inside but her bedside manner calmed me.she is a credit to the nhs.please ensure this is passed on to her via my name paul guthrie as i beleive credit should be given when due.

What could be improved

the nurse that gave me the ecg gave me the impression "another task how long before i clock off" she never said that but show some care and make conversation.
