What I liked

I was seen very quickly ( within 1½ hours) even though the waiting area was full. The staff were all very friendly and made my small injury seem very important. I was given 6 stitches to my injured ear by a Doctor who explained exactly what he was doing and made me feel at ease throughout the process.

Overall a very pleasant experience and I would recommend choosing this hospital. Thank you to all the staff involved.

What could be improved

Car parking charges seemed a bit excessive.
