"Ridiculously rude and patronising staff."

About: Newark Hospital

What could be improved

I didn't actually physically come to the hospital, I merely phoned up to see if they had an A&E as I'm new to the area and hadn't actually gone there yet, but had heard they hadn't. I was subsequently spoken to like I was a small child (despite being 28) and was told "There was no possible way for you to injure your foot without knowing why unless you were on drugs or drunk". Very rude indeed.
