"excellent except for the above one nurse"

What I liked

in general the service was excellent. the consultant and first nurse i had were the best i've ever met. The ultrasound nurse and assistant were absolute diamonds.

What could be improved

given the nature of a gum clinic i'd like to see the same nurses assigned to the clinic. A male nurse would be helpful for some who would prefer a male nurse.

Anything else?

As i say, in general the service was excellent. However on my last visit the "nurse" (if that's what you want to call her) was a completely terrible!

Whoever assigns nurses to this clinic needs to be more careful. A paper qualification does not a nurse make!

I did not expect to be ridiculed by a so called nurse!
