"Excellent"

What I liked

I visited in both August and September to the ENT department and on each occasion I was seen prompty. The cente is incredibly easy to get to and there is always space to park. The staff are all very friendly and the centre itself very light and and spacious. The doctor I saw had all the time in the world to talk things through with me and the referals I required were actioned very quickly. I felt the doctor actually cared which for me has been rare to date.

What could be improved

I need surgery but am unable to have it at Emersons Green as they don't have an ITU - I am disappointed however I understand why there is no ITU unit
