What I liked

staff were brilliant with both us and our child when in for day surgery. All very friendly and welcoming, talking to us and also our child about her op and care. Made the whole experience

easier to deal with. Our chiild was relaxed and now when asked about her time in hospital mentions painting in the playroom first!!

Thank you for taking the time to post such positive feedback. We know that children and their parents can feel particularly anxious in hospital so our staff try hard to reassure them. Our playroom staff provide a fantastic service - whether children are staying for one day or a much longer period of time, so thank you for recognising their efforts.
