What I liked

I went there for stomach pain. Have seen GP and had some medicine but still suffer the pain so went to hospital. The register process and blood check was very quick. The waiting room is clean and quiet. The majority of staff very friendly and very quick to do everything. My treatment was good. Relief the pain and doctor was very patient to explain what I need to do when I go home. I haven't been to many hospitals so hard to compare. But I think this one is good enough. I got what I needed and am satisfied.

What could be improved

I waited a long long time to see doctor after the blood test. They told me they suddenly got some patients sent by the ambulance and they are all arranged to see doctor before me. Not very happy about the waiting but those patients may suffer more pain or in danger given they are sent by ambulance so I didn't complain. Hope the hospital can keep us informed about what is going on rather than leave us waiting next time. at least I could have found some where to lie down which can make my stomach less painful.
