About: Basildon University Hospital

What I liked

Care is not a word known by this hospital, my relative was so poorly but left for hours in A&E, then in the middle of the nigh transferred to a ward where the care is apauling staff are too busy and communication between satff is non existant.

What could be improved

Just about everything

Anything else?

Basildon need to revaluate their care of the elderly
