"Treatment second to none."

What I liked

I liked the staff, the system, the treatment, the after care just everything. I have previously been treated privately elsewhere, and the service at The Great Western Hospital Dermatology Department is second to none.

What could be improved

Absolutely nothing.

I can't believe some of the comments here. This is a very busy department and yet you are made to feel as if you are the most important patient in the hospital. The information and guidance was really good. I had phototherapy here and had to attend three times a week for 10 weeks. Not once was I kept waiting. The nursing staff always had time to talk to me about any problems I was having and were totally supportive and motivating. As I said before, I previously had treatment privately and that didn't come close to the expertise that I found at the GWH. I would recommend this hospital to anyone, I live in Melksham, so the travelling time to the GWH was not insignificant, but it was worth every minute spent in the car.
