"really awful experience and very substandard care"

About: Pinderfields General Hospital

What I liked

The porters, ward assistants, nice new build hospital.

What could be improved

Extremely poor communication between Dr's and Nurses and no attempts made to maintain confidentiality.

Total lack of respect for Patients and poor standards of care, especially In A&E waiting room where I was sent to sit and wait for 3.5 hours while really poorly and vomiting frequently.

Anything else?

The Nurses were at least trying at times to assist the Patients, but the Medical Team's was very poor and didn't even bother to communicate with Nurses or Pateint.
