What I liked

I was on holiday in Norfolk when I suffered a heart attack. Everyone involved in my treatment - especially the paramedics who attended within minutes of dialling 999 - worked with calm efficiency and total professionalism. I was lucky to find myself so close to Norwich where the coronary care unit was just superb. The nurses were terrific, the food was delicious and I suspect I had much better treatment than I would have received at home in London.

What could be improved

One senior doctor found it hard to talk to patients. She seemed to regard innocent questions as a challenge to her authority!
