What I liked

Individually staff were great.

What could be improved

I have been sat for 8 hours trying to get discharged on a Monday. Why not try to get people out of hospital. Very slow and my lasting impression may be on this rather than the care.

I am very sorry that you had such an experience within the Medical Directorate at Worcestershire Royal, we actively try to discharge patients in a timely manner and although you had been discharged we did not meet your (or our) expectations for this.
