"I am happy with my experience in the circumstances..."

About: Kettering General Hospital

What I liked

Throughout, I felt very much an individual and not just another patient. The staff always looked after my best interests and informed and reassured me during a very difficult time

What could be improved

Personally, I didn't like the lunch and dinner menu but that may have been because I didn't have a good appetite during my hospital visit. The choices all seemed a bit heavy, where I wanted something really light and fresh but I understand that is difficult when catering for the numbers involved

Thank you for your comments, the team endeavour to ensure all patients are treated with respect and in a dignified manner. Your comments will be forwarded to the team.

Alternative meals can be sought through the ward nurses as we appreciate that not all preferences are catered for. We will work with the ward and catering teams to ensure that all patients are made aware of additional choices.
