Respect to the patients And time keeping!

Well I went in 4 time's and the last time I get the snotty nurse who tells me to go home I don't need to be in there when I have been told to go there.
And that the doctor that came to see me was the same did not care about me just said its nothing go home.
Now I have seen my GP and its glandular fever but all I got told by the hospital is that I have a inflammation.
"Just need to fix there staff."
