What I liked

I took my daughter to the minor injuries clinic just prior to their closing as she had just arrived home by train on a Friday evening with an infected foot that clearly could not be left until doctor's surgeries opened on Monday.

The staff were courteous and efficient and despite being close to closing were able to prescribe antibiotics which hopefully would clear up the problem over the weekend.

I would like to thank the nurses for their prompt and efficient service and emphasise how important a facility Malvern Community Hospital is in an area like this. We live in Ledbury and it is comforting to know that such a service is easily accessible.
