Doctors,nurses were caring,polite.

What could be improved

Think twice before you go to this hospital if you are a disabled driver.No map,no information whatsoever where to enter,where the disabled bays are,how far are they from your appointment.I was directed to a disabled bay nowhere near to any entrance at all,could not have walked to the hospital from there;.Drove around,found some place a bit nearer,dragged myself to the main entrance.Ended up with horrendous back ache and it will take two days bed rest for it to subside.

Disabled bays are all over the place,often nowhere near an entrance,.It seems they have to have a certain number if disabled bays,but they can put them to any silly place.

A helpline number displayed at disabled bays would be helpful so that a disabled person could phone for assistance such as a porter.
