What I liked

I took my little one in to A and E , The other day, i was seen by the Triage nurse. They were great , calmed me down and the bairn. They listened to me and within 2 Mins told me , he had a pulled elbow.. Got a book out explained everything , said i shouldnt feel guilty , wich i do. Then POP it was in. He didnt feel a thing .. We sat in the kids area ( ?) for 10 mins then the nurse looked in on us to see if he was using it then , said we could go..

I even said to them i could kiss you , in front of me hubby lol ...

What could be improved

Waiting room , is like cattle market,
