Junior doctor we saw was friendly
What could be improved
Waiting area uncomfortable and unwelcoming with hard metal seats. Communication poor. 6 hours waiting time even though sent with letter from GP who was clearly concerned. Consultant had poor attitude. Staff unclear what was happening. This was second 6 hour stint in A&E in four days. Previous visit was Fazakerly which was just as disorganised but also dirty.
Anything else?
Poor systems and lack of communication just make feeling I'll even worse. The NHS needs desperate improvement.
