What could be improved

On 3 September 2012, my wife attended the X-ray Dept. for an ultrasound examination,followed by a biopsy.

Her appointment was for 09.20 and she (and I) were on time. Other people who came in after us and had later appointments were seen before us-my wife seemed to last. On questioning the other people, they told us that their appointments were scheduled after my wife's.

We were there for three and half hours (The car parking fee came to £5.40p!!)

May I suggest that the staff revise their treatment list and take patients in the order of their appointments instead of randomly taking a card from the pile! Bearing in mind that some of the patients are there to discover whether they have cancer or not, this would save quite a lot of distress to them!!
