"Lack of diagnosis of letter to private insurance..."

What could be improved

I have found over the years that there is a lack of diagnostic ability in the hospital.The doctors are trained to look at one piece of the body to the exclusion of the rest.This seems to me to be rather silly

.For instance my husband had jaundice badly we went for an eye examination ,my husband said do not tell them.The Dr examined the eye and did his job but did not notice the jaundice.We were expecting him to say something at the least.It was so bad that my husband's blue eyes were turquoise.We went to another department who was treating my husband and the registrar was there and took a blood sample we waited and she said to go home .Just after we got home the phone rang and we had to go back and my husband was admitted for about 10 days with very bad jaundice

How could ordinary people see this jaundice and a doctor not? It make a person loose hope indeed it does.

I have come to the conclusion that having large secure salaries has made the medics flabby.I can see that it is hard to keep up motivation.They need to just do it ,get it sorted.

I have heard that medics no longer need physics to get in.This is a bit of a mistake as pure science encourages observation and in the old days problem solving/the ability to diagnose .

I have heard the hypocratic oath has gone.If so it might help to bring it back.

Years ago someone said that the seats inA&E faced the toilets so everyone saw you as you came in and out.I hope by now this has changed.This is sad as at the time the wait was dreadful .

I have diverted onto the big picture which is perhaps annoying to you focusing people.
