(as a parent/guardian),

My son was admitted to the children's ward in Raigmore Hospital last month with an abscess that needed drained.

The care we received, especially from the nursing staff, was excellent. They really could not have done more to make our time there easier, and even although they were busy they always had time for a friendly smile as they went about their work.

The care from the doctors was good too, and his arm has healed very nicely, but it was the care, dedication and friendliness of the nursing staff towards us and the other patients and their families which made our unexpected stay in Inverness as pleasant as it could be.

Good of you to take the time to feed-back. Sorry to hear you have had the worry of your son needing hospital care but glad he is on the mend . A friendly smile does make a difference. Our team of doctors and nurses and and other members of the team really are dedicated and they will be pleased to get this feed-back.
