"Unhappy with my practice in Keighley"

My last 2 consultations at my GP practice were a waste of my time. I rarely go to GP's as it is. Google was more use to me than the 'professionals' here.

After arguing with the receptionist I finally got an appointment. She wanted me to call back next week until I said that I would have no choice but to go to A&E.

My appointments on both occasions were rushed, no longer than 5 minutes each. No surprise the GP stated they could not find anything 'wrong' with me yet was sent away with £30 worth of prescriptions including a 500mg daily dose of antibiotics for 'severe infection' "just in case".

I recently received a letter from the GP surgery asking to book an appointment in regards to my life long condition - which is...?

I felt there was very poor attitudes from some staff, no respect, care or dignity at all. I am now changing to another practice.
