About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

I did not know about TRAQS, I was not contacted by them, but by the Hospital.

The person I spoke to after my appointment at TRAQS was very helpful and courteous.

Many thanks for your posting, Im dissapointed that you were not made aware of TRAQS. TRAQs is a new service for the patients of Telford and Wrekin, when your GP decides to refer you for specialtist advice and treatment, your referral letter is sent to TRAQS. You should have been informed of this by your GP Practice and also given a yello TRAQS patient leaflet which would explain to you what happens next with your referral and also contact telephone numbers should you have any queries and need to contact us.
