What I liked

I cannot praise the staff highly enough, for the excellent care I received. It was a short stay, but from the time I arrived until I left all the staff were kind and considerate. I was also delighted with the follow-up phone call the next day. Thankyou.

I am really pleased to see that you were happy with your stay, and that you were treated with care and compassion. I was especially pleased to see that you had a follow-up call the following day after your hospital stay - going that extra mile always makes a difference to the patients' experience.
