What I liked
I was only an ENT outpatient so not in the hospital for long. The assessment for my problem was carried out swiftly, without any discomfort and, it seems, an accurate diagnosis was made despite the vague description I managed to give. So full thanks and full marks for that.
I was asked to report back the success or otherwise of my prescribed medication by email. I have done this but have not received a response nearly a week later. I know how busy the dept is but I would have expected an automated response or something just to say it had been received. Trying the phone results in paying money to have a message say the line is busy- goodbye. Not very helpful.
Anything else?
Obviously the building itself is a bit ropey. Not the best site, layout, building or access for a modern hospital but it is not going to improve that much anytime soon.
"Pleased with the medical assessment side, not..."
