What I liked

I had a planned hysterectomy at the John Radcliffe Hospital and and am tremendously impressed by, and grateful for, the treatment I received there. I found the quiet professionalism of all staff quite remarkable. The ward was very clean and well laid out, the bed very comfortable, the people kind and friendly, and the food, although not excellent, was plentiful and perfectly edible. The JR, as any NHS establishment, is subject to certain financial constraints, but these did not taint overly the care we were given.

What could be improved

A staffing shortage was apparent
