"Excellent treatment and excellent environment"

What I liked

I went in to Penzance hospital for a gull bladder removel as a day case.

The staff were very friendly and professional at all times yet still careing, all things that are important to me.

The ward and bathrooms on the ward were spotless, the whole time I was there the cleaner never stopped

I have had opporations in hospitals in Birmingham and although the staff are skilled they are not as friendly and the hospitals themselves are filthy.

Keep up the excellent work.
