What I liked

Although it was a very bust night at A&E, My 4 year old daughter was assessed, x-rayed and treated speedily and with kindness.

I am so impressed that we arrived at @9pm ish and were on our way by 10.10pm.

The staff were so thoughtful in their approach to my scared 4 year old who has broken a bone in her left arm.

I am as usual thankful to the people who skillfully and with dedication help to make us better. In this case I felt that the staff dealt with my daughter with kindness and reassurance. Thank you!
