What I liked

I went to the minor injuries unit because of an eye problem. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Once registered I had to wait about half an hour because there was 'a rush on' due to the fact that I arrived not long after the unit's opening time. I was told I'd have been seen much quicker if I'd arrived an hour later and it would be worth bearing this in mind if I have to go there again.

The nurse who attended to me was very efficient about examining my eye, knowledgeable and friendly. I was sent away with ointment to apply and instructions about returning if my problem was not cleared up in 5 days.

What could be improved
