"Quality of care -the best"

I have needed continuing care from the Urology department at the Royal Hallamshire hospital in Sheffield for the last 20 yrs+

It never fails to amaze me how wonderfully cheerful the staff are whatever the day one attends. They are always polite, understanding and always listen and give wonderful advice, care and if not then find someone who can.

Always I am given the chance to 'call' if needed with a named nurse.

The staff very rarely change so this shows how they must enjoy their work conditions. Again this gives familiarity when frequently visiting.

I am so grateful for all the care that I receive from the department.

Bouquets really are inadequate, as they all deserve a big Thank you
