What I liked

I cannot commend enough the staff on F2 ward for the care they are giving my elderly mother. They are all wonderful to patients and family alike. I don't have to worry about her stay in hospital whatsoever.

What could be improved

More information from consltants/registrars.

Anything else?

Visiting hours are very tight; however when I rang to say I was working shifts the staff did accommodate. When I later left to catch a train to London, the staff did offer to let me stay a little longer. Wonderful people!
