What I liked
From the moment we arrived at the hospital until we left we all felt re-asurred that our grand daughter was being well looked after. We left confident that she has been properly diagnosed and treated.
Anything else?
What also impressed us was the fact that we received a follow up phone call the next day to check on our grand daughters welfare. Excellent service, thankyou.
