What I liked

There was no undue waiting and the communication was excellent. The consultant gave me clear and comprehensive information and was most professional. The department ran smoothly with the staff working as a team.

What could be improved

Information prior to leaving the hospital on, broadly speaking, how the procedure went would be beneficial although I appreciate a full report will be sent when all results are returned.

Anything else?

I was so impressed with how smoothly such a large hospital was run. The signage was clear and made it easy to navigate round the hospital.
