What could be improved

Two hours late for an appointment that was made two weeks in advance. Not notified of the huge delay so sat in pain on a plastic chair waiting

Anything else?

Consultant wants to start all tests and scans again as they felt they were unable to get the information from the hospital that had been treating Delaying operation for many more weeks Absolute no regard to the pain and discomfort I was in. Exceptionally unsatified.
