What I liked

My son required urgent surgery on his ear which was carried out efficiently and with real kindness from all staff. Everyone treated us well, explained everything that was happening and went the extra mile to make sure we got home on time. The nurses were also very kind in the pre admission clinic making sure that everything was done that needed to be so that we could go on holiday. Thank you to all staff on ward 16 for making our stay so reassuring and safe.

What could be improved

Thank you so much for taking the time to give us such positive feedback in regards to your son's stay on the Child & Adolescent unit.
