What I liked
I attended the Stuart Field Mammography Centre with my 22 year old daughter in July. A very impressive unit with a calm atmosphere as soon as you walked in. My daughter was very anxious and was well cared for by a nurse who's calm, quiet but professional approach put Alison at ease and was just the right approach to look after her as she has a quiet demeanour herself. The nurse and the Dr who took the biopsy explained all that they were doing and nothing was rushed or skimmed over. Although the lump is benign it was still a big worry for Alison and the follow-up appointment came through as advised and although Alison has decided on surgery as the lump is large and uncomfortable she is very much more at ease now from her experience from the whole unit. I would be very grateful if you could pass on my comments to all that need to know (i.e. management!) and my thanks to the staff at Stuart Field's.
"A kind, efficient and professional experience."
