What I liked

From the moment I entered tha day surgery ward I felt looked after. Great care was taken to answer all my questions/concerns and there was always someone on hand to help out. I met all the staff who would be involved in my care and nothing was a problem to any of them. Although they obviously had a long list of things to do, I never felt rushed.

After my operation, they were attentive, supportive and compassionate. I'm so so pleased that I had my surgery done here - it's my first time and if I ever need anything again, I'd not hesitate to put it down again as a preferred choice.
