"Brillant couldn't have asked for better"

About: Leighton Hospital

What I liked

My little boy was treated for a broken leg at a & e. we arrived with him screaming and were taken straight through to minors. My little boy has development issues and finds hospitalsa highly stressful and upsetting environment. All the staff especially the nurse who plastered his leg tried their best with him and accommodated his needs around the care they gave him. We were in and out with a appointment for the next ay at fracture clinic within a hour an a half. I would really like to thank all staff who sorted his leg for their care and trying to make it a least stressful time for my son as possible

Thank you for taking the time to let us know you and your sons positive experience while in the Emergency Department . While I am sure that it must have been a distressing time for you, I am heartened by your kind comments regarding the staff. I hope your son is now on the mend and the plaster is not too problematic . John David, Nurse Lead, Emergency Care.
