What I liked

I had a foot injury and my triage and X-ray were done within 40

minutes if not less.

What could be improved

I could have been seen a lot sooner to be told about the X-ray result instead of waiting 3hours for a result! As a doctor myself, I know it only takes 2 minutes to look at an X-ray and decide if a fracture is present or not - so why did I wait 3 hours? If the hospital is so busy that they cannot carry out a simple task due to shortage of doctors to read X-rays then maybe that needs to be addressed? If the triage and investigation is done so quickly why cannot the analysis also be done? Why investigate if results are not important enough to be acted on?
