What I liked
The staff were professional and caring, Jan was treated exceptionally well. As for the question regarding same-sex accommodation, I really have no comment as Jan was allocated a private room designed to isolate her from other patients as her symptoms suggested this might be best in the circumstances.
What could be improved
Absolutely nothing
Anything else?

Dear Sir
I write to express my sincere thanks for the treatment my wife received while an overnight patient in the hospital on Wednesday, 30 May 2012.
Janice suffered acute stomach pains in the late afternoon of 30 May and, fearing a return of pancreatitis, was taxied to the Timber Hill Health Centre in Norwich where a nurse practitioner provided equally excellent care and attention. She was given a referral to your hospital and was instructed to proceed immediately to the Easton Ward where she was told they would be expecting her.
The examination provided by the doctor on duty, other doctors, nursing and auxiliary staff could not be faulted – thorough and caring – and I will be pleased if you will pass on to your medical and auxiliary staff in the Easton Ward our combined thanks and appreciation for a job well done.
You can be both pleased with and proud of your people.
Very best wishes from a grateful couple.
"The medical and auxiliary staff could not be..."
