"Thanks to all on ward B60 at Rotherham District General"

About: Rotherham Hospital / Ophthalmology

(as the patient),

I was a patient at the Rotherham District General Hospital for the removal of a cataract. I am not usually nervous about operations, but I was a bit nervous this time, with it being on my eye. I need not have worried, though, and I was quite relaxed by the way it went. The following day, I could not believe the clarity of my sight. I am now looking forward to the operation on the cataract on my other eye at the end of this month.

I would like to thank Dr M Jabir and his support staff, all the nurses, porters, and the tea lady.
