What I liked
Excellent organisation giving me an appointment that would fit in with my working hours. The consultant was very thorough, explained the procedure and after care. The procedure was carried out by competent staff who made me feel at ease and involved me in all decisions.
What could be improved
The environment was a bit dated. It was immaculately clean though.
Anything else?
All the staff were very good from the receptionist, nurses, consultant and registrar.
